45 Day Trial Period
Hearing aids purchased directly from Naperville Hearing Services are dispensed on a 45 day trial period
During the trial period, we believe 1-2 follow up visits are necessary to help the patient transition into a successful hearing aid user.
After the trial period, we encourage 4-6 month follow up visits with your provider to help maintain the hearing aid. Hearing aids purchased directly from NHS include unlimited follow up visits for cleaning and reprogramming for no charge for the life time of the hearing aid.
We also participate with most 3rd party hearing aid referrals and honor their service agreements.
