Michael Siefert M.A., CCC-A
Mike has been actively employed as an audiologist for over 40 years. He founded Naperville Hearing Services over 30 years ago. Mike received his Masters of Arts in Audiology from Northern Illinois University in 1974. He has been immersed in the Audiology field ever since. Having worked in several different environments, ranging from educational Audiologist to Chief of Audiology at University of Illinois, has broadened his experience and knowledge of Audiology. In the early 80’s Mike also pursued further graduate work for three years at Northwestern University. Mike was a consultant for Lions Foundation and designed initial programs for hearing impaired in 1970’s. He now works as a consultant to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Mike has had a great professional relationship with the physicians of Naperville Ear Nose and Throat and they continue to serve our patients with great respect. When Mike is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters , their husbands, eight grandchildren and volunteering his time at his local Church.
Julie Lendzion M.S., CCC-A
Julie has been a part of the team for over 14 years. She received her Master’s of Science in Audiology from Wayne State University in 1995. Julie has worked at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Julie is Licensed in the State of Illinois and has her certificate if clinical competency in Audiology from the American Speech and Language Association. When Julie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She plays an active role in various activities at her children’s schools and sport functions, as well as being very active in the Naperville Community.
Claudia Joined the team in 2011 and handles the day to day logistics of the office from answering phones, making appointments, working with ENT staff to coordinate appointments, selling and shipping of supplies, checking insurance coverage, serving as a liaison with Hearing Aid Companies and helping patients resolve issues. While not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and keeping up with her four children as well as running, biking, playing tennis, gardening and paper crafting!
