All of us at Naperville Hearing Services are excited you are here! To help put any reservations you have at ease, I would like to walk you through a typical process for getting set up with a hearing evaluation at our office.
We usually schedule 60 minutes for a first visit so we have plenty of quality time together. I encourage you to start the process today by contacting us via phone at (630) 357-5287 or email us at info@napervillehearing.com.
We will find a convenient time for you to meet with one of our audiologists. If possible, please bring a friend or loved one with you to your appointment! We will cover a lot of information, and it will be helpful to have an extra set of ears (no pun intended!).
We will check your hearing in each ear at various pitches. If a hearing loss is identified and we determine you are a hearing aid candidate, we will discuss hearing aids right away at no charge if you are ready to do so! We will check to see if you have any hearing aid benefits through your insurance, and know that there is absolutely no obligation to purchase hearing aids from us! However, there is plenty of evidence that supports appropriate use of amplification as soon as a hearing loss is documented. Think of your first appointment with us as a time to gather information and feel empowered.
